Hon’ble Shri Justice Arvind Kumar Verma, Judge Order on Board 17/06/2025

3. Brief facts of the case is that the respondent no.
8 has participated in the C.G. Legislative Election 2023 from the Legislative Seat No. 6 of Pratappur District- Surajpur in the reserved seat for Scheduled Tribes and the caste certificate so submitted by the respondent no. 8 is forged one, however for declaring the same the procedure is to be verified by the respondent no. 3 and 4 i.e. C.G. State High Power Certification Scrutiny Committee and District Level Certificate Verification Committee and the said proceeding has been initiated and the letter has been issued in this regard by the respondent no. 4 to the respondent no 7 but till date the records has not been supplied and therefore the inquiry is pending and therefore direction to expedite the said proceeding is necessary otherwise the right of the Scheduled tribes for which the said seat of legislative assembly has been reserved would be defeated. 4.
