Indisputably, now, a dispute has been raised by the respondents as to entitlement of the petitioner for grant of first [2025:RJ-JP:5431] (2 of 2) [CMAP-172/2023] selection grade. In view thereof, the order dated 16.12.2022 needs to be recalled. Resultantly, this miscellaneous application is allowed. The order dated 16.12.2022 is recalled and the S.B.
