In this matter, notice was issued and accordingly, the corpus has been brought before this Court. 2. We have inquired and examined the statement as well as the necessary evidence of age. The corpus upon her inquiry, is frm in her decision to live with her husband – respondent. At the time of marriage, the age of the corpus was 19 years old. 3. Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, the detention as alleged cannot be said to be illegal detention R/SCR.A/5086/2025 ORDER DATED: 28/04/2025 allegedly by the respondent. The corpus being wife of the respondent, is at liberty to live with her husband. 4. In such circumstances, no case is made out for exercising extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court.
