The instant petition has been preferred with the following prayer:- "i) Issue suitable order or direction, directing the learned Additional District and Session Judge- IV/Special Judge (E.C. Act), Jaunpur to conclude and decide the Session Trial No.429 of 2023, (State vs. Ashok Patel), arising out of Case Crime No.71 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C., Police Station- Nevdhiya, District- Jaunpur, expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case the aforesaid trial be concluded expeditiously. 4. Learned AGA vehemently opposed the prayer sought through the instant petition. 5. Be that as it may, without interfering into the merits of the matter, if there is no other legal impediment, learned Additional District and Session Judge-IV/Special Judge (E.C. Act), Jaunpur/concerned court is hereby directed to decide the Session Trial No.429 of 2023, (State vs. Ashok Patel), arising out of Case Crime No.71 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C., Police Station- Nevdhiya, District- Jaunpur as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties unless the same is unavoidable but after giving full opportunity of hearing to both sides. It is also made clear that both the parties shall render their full cooperation for expeditious disposal of the said case. 6. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
