2 V' The Court made the following order:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to filing of this contempt case, the authorities have issued an endorsement which is not in true spirit of the directions passed by this Court. As such prayed to pass appropriate orders in that regard.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that, as per the directions of this Court, the authorities have issued an endorsement and the petitioner refused to receive the same. If at all the petitioner has any grievance against the said endorsement, he can question the same before appropriate forum but not before this Court in the present contempt case. Accordingly, prayed to pass appropriate orders.
3. This court in W.P.No.24668 of 2021 vide its order dated 27.10.2021
directed the authorities to dispose of the petitioner’s application/representation, if the same is in compliance of the mandatory requirement under the provisions of A.P Rights in land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and rules framed therein. The petitioner has admitted that the authorities have issued endorsement but it is not in true spirit of the directions passed by this Court. This Court cannot adjudicate whether the said endorsement was issued in right perspective or not in the contempt proceedings. The petitioner can as well question the said endorsement before appropriate forum in accordance with law. In view of the submission that the
3 authorities have already tssued endorsement, there remains nothing for adjudication and the contempt case is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance against the endorsement issued by the authorities, he is at liberty to question the same in accordance with law. No costs.
4. Miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
