Mr. W. Darakeshwar Singh, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the Central Government (Sr.PCCG) for the appellants submits that he has instructions from appellants/Union of India to withdraw the captioned matter. [3]
Learned Sr.PCCG submits that some typographical errors have crept in and that has necessitated the request for withdrawal, on this ground
learned counsel requests for preservation of all rights and contentions of the appellants/Union of India to file an appeal afresh. This request is acceded to. [4]
