This matter was earlier dismissed twice for want of prosecution, as per orders dated September 24, 2024, and November 20, 2024. Subsequently, on January 21, 2025, despite being called twice, no representation was made on behalf of the petitioner then the matter was directed to be listed in the month of March 2025. Thereafter, the matter was called on March 22, 2025, this Court called the matter twice, but again, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed that the matter be called again at 2:15 PM on the same day, if no representation is made, appropriate orders may be passed. 2.
