Learned HCGP accepts notice for respondent No.1. 2. Notice to respondent No.2 is dispensed at the risk of the petitioner. 3. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "a. Quash the F.I.R dated 12-05-2025, laid against the Petitioner for offenses punishable under Sections 74,115(2) and 352 of BNS, taking cognisance of the said offenses, against the Petitioner in F.I.R No.0393/2025 by Madanayakana halli police, Bengaluru Rural, Bengaluru in the interest of justice. b. To grant other reliefs as deemed fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice." 4. Petitioner's family and the 2nd respondent's family are said to be neighbours. There being several incidents between both the families, there had been skirmishes between both of them. The petitioner has filed FIR in Cr.No.226/2025 on 22.03.2025 with the Madanayakanahally Police Station. Subsequently, respondent No.2 has filed FIR in Cr.No.393/2025 on - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:18416 CRL.P No. 7504 of 2025 12.05.2025 for another incident before the same police station. 5. It appears that there are several incidents which have happened between the petitioner and the respondent and hence, I am of the considered opinion that the matter being at FIR stage both the complaints have to be investigated and the veracity of the allegation has to be ascertained. 6. I do not find any ground to interfere in the present matter as of now. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed. 7.
