2. Sri. K.N. Phanindra, learned Senior Counsel on behalf of Sri. Shivaprasad Shantanagoudar, appearing for the petitioner submits that the recommendation has been made through the internal communication between the respondent- Authorities for exchange of land in question to resolve the

grievance of the petitioner and despite the same, the respondent No.3 had issued the impugned communication dated 06th August, 2024 (Annexure-K).
3. Be that as it may, considering the grievance urged by the petitioner in the writ petition and also order dated 21st July, 2022 passed in Writ Petition No.16718 of 2021, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21st August, 2024 (Annexure-R) in accordance with law.
4. In the meanwhile, since the representation dated 21st August, 2024 (Annexure-R) has not been considered by the respondent No.3 till date, the respondent-Authorities are restrained from taking any precipitative action against the petitioner, till the consideration of representation dated 21st August, 2024. With this observation, writ petition stands
disposed of.
