This is borrower's petition. It is contended that Secruitisation Application No.116 of 2022 is pending consideration before Debt Recovery Tribunal, Allahabad. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the proceedings of said secruitization application. 2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for any counter affidavit from the respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Allahabad to decide Secruitisation Application No.116 of 2022 (Bhartiya Jeevan Sahkari Grih Nirman Samiti Ltd. through its Secretary Priti Verma vs. A.O. State Bank of India and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit. 5.
