Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 27.05.2025, petitioner has moved an application/representation before respondent No.4 seeking compensation on account of death of his son Anil Bandhe due to electric current, however, till date said application/representation has not been considered and decided, hence, a direction be issued to the concerned respondent to consider and decide the said application/representation, at the earliest within stipulated time frame. . 2. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. Considering facts of the case, prayer made by counsel for the petitioner and not opposed by the State Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondent Nos.3 & 4 with regard to compensation on account of death of his son Anil Bandhe. On making such representation, respondent Nos.3 & 4 shall consider and decide the same within a period of ‘90 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of such representation in accordance with law.
