Biswajit, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly submitted that the respondents have duly complied with the direction given by this court, however, the earlier incumbent has not taken up appropriate steps to comply with the direction given by this court in time. Be that as it may, since the respondents have already complied with the direction given by this court, this court is of the considered view that no purpose will be served by keeping the contempt case pending.
