State (W.P. No. 15487/2025, dt.26-6- 2025) and also B.Radha Kumari Vs. State (W.P. No. 15635/2025, dt.27-6-2025) and also C.Ramanjula Reddy Vs. State (W.P. No. 15366/2025, dt.26-6-2025) and also Chinta Munaiah Vs. State (W.P. No. 15430/2025) and also against the mandatory provision of Contorol Order, and also violate of principals of natural justice and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents Nos.4 and 5 to forthwith supply essential commodities to petitioner and allow him to function as F.P. Shop Dealer, Shop No. 0854012, Basireddypalem, Gudlur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District A.P. by regularly supplying essential commodities, as long as petitioner's authorasation is in force, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct respondents Nos.4 and 5 to supply essential commodities to petitioner's F.P. shop. As such, requested this Court to withdraw this writ petition. 2. Permission is accorded. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
