Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 & 2, Sri Nitin Sharma, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and Sri Vikrant Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.5. 3. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for quashing of the result dated 30.01.2025 declared by the respondent no.3 declaring respondent no.4 as President of respondent no.5 4. Challenging the impugned result, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that election is per se illegal which is evident from the declaration of result by Returning Officer. It is contended that the petitioner has filed an objection before the respondent no.2-Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits Fund, Varanasi Region, Varanasi against the declaration of result. 5. In such view of the fact, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all his grievances before the respondent no.2-Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits Fund, Varanasi Region, Varanasi within a period of one week from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter from the date he receives representation of the petitioner after giving due notice and opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.
