When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner and the unofficial respondents are having civil disputes and O.S.No.100 of 2021 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Ananthapuram District was filed by the unofficial respondents. In the year 2025, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.213 of 2025 on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ananthapuramu and the same was posted on 13.08.2025. While, the above civil suits are pending, on the complaint given by the son of the 6th respondent, a crime has been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.171 of 2025 under Sections 329(3), 324(1), 326(e), 351(3) r/w 3(5) of BNS dated 23.07.2025. 3. Sri M. Karibasaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
