By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.2 of 2021 dated 02.02.2021 registered with Police Station Kalsi, District Dehradun under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC. 4. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioner on 21.03.2021, therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 21.02.2025 PN
