The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 210 of 2024 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 417 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. On 17.05.2024, dead body of an unknown person was recovered from Kendu Gach Morh, Gamharia. During the course of investigation, the petitioner and her husband were apprehended, they confessed their guilt and on the confession of the petitioner, the clothes and Aadhar Card of the deceased was recovered from her house. 4.
