The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the review application as case No. REW/3781/2024 filed in case No. REV/1459/2024 (Computerized case No. AL20240257003781) Sarvesh Kumar Yadav Vs. Arvind Kumar Yadav under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Village Amarpur Pargana Patti, Tehsil Raniganj District Pratapgarh within stipulated period." 3. Counsel for the petitioners submitted review application filed by respondent no.3 against the final order passed by Board of Revenue dated 7.8.2024 is pending before respondent no.2, Board of Revenue U.P. Prayagraj since 5.9.2024. He submitted that by the final judgement dated 7.8.2024, the matter has been remanded back before appellate Court to decide the appeal afresh. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent no.2, Board of Revenue U.P. Prayagraj to consider and decide the aforementioned review application dated 5.9.2024 filed by respondent no.3 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
