GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the non completion of investigation on the complaint dated 19-03-2025 vide Grievance No. NTR 202506161835 dt. 16-06-2025 regarding Data Breach and violation of Non Disclosure agreement took all the software and removed data from systems and damaged computers, stolen the documents, theft of software and damaging company assets and 3 crore investment on software development was damaged and 2 deleted and used the same without our permission as arbitrary, illegal and violative of provisions of BNS and BNSS part from violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 to take action forthwith on the complaint dt. 19-03-2025 of the petitioner.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, after giving representation, the Petitioner did not approach Respondent No.4 and to register the complaint, it is necessary to verify the official records and hence, the presence of the Petitioner is very much required. 3. Sri G.Udaya Bhaskar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner can pursue his complaint by approaching the Police. There shall be no order as to costs.
