However, he states that the applicant is suffering from serious diseases and, therefore, upon production of her medical certificate, she may be permitted to make an application for exemption. If that is the case, without opining any opinion about the health of the applicant as those documents are not before this Court, if any such application is moved before the concerned learned Trial Court, the learned Trial Court is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
