GP FOR HOME (AP) 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents 2 to 6 in not taking any action on the representation/complaint sent by the 1st Petitioner through Registered Post on 7.11.2020 and not initiating any appropriate action against the 7th Respondent herein as illegal, improper, unjust and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 6 to take action against the 7th Respondent for abusing and misusing his powers.” 2.
