GP-MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV(AP) The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 11351 OF 2015 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 5th Respondent without call for public opinion those who are going to affect for installation of Cell Tower passed the no objection orders Vide ROC No.615/2014/G1 dated 24.07.2014 and further the Respondents 3 to 7 extended their support to the 8th Respondent for installation of Ground based telecommunication infrastructure Tower (4G Communication) at Burnpet, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, without considering the Petitioner representation and oral requests is illegal, arbitrary and against the principals of natural justice and consequently set aside the no objection orders Vide ROC.No.615/2014/G1 dated 24.07.2014 issued by the 5th Respondent and pass such other orders....” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of passage of time, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court. 3. While recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
