The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 19839 OF 2025 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondent No.5 in not disposing of the Revision Petition dated 04.03.2025 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The facts leading to file the present Writ Petition are as follows;- The Respondent No.4 had issued a Charge Memo dated 19.08.2023, pursuant to the enquiry conducted thereof, a solitary charge was held proved and the Petitioner was imposed punishment of withholding annual grade increments for two years with cumulative effect. A statutory Appeal filed by the Petitioner was rejected vide order dated 03.07.2024. Subsequently, the Petitioner filed a Revision Petition before the Respondent No.5 on 04.03.2025 and the same is pending. 3. As the relief sought by the Petitioner is only disposal of the Revision Petition pending before the Respondent No.5, this Writ Petition is disposed of with following direction: (i) The Respondent No.5 shall dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner dated 04.03.2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; (ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
