The bail application bearing Bail App No. 77/2025 is disposed of on the same terms and conditions and in the event the petitioner violates any of the conditions imposed by this Court, the complainant as well Serial No. 63 2 Bail App No. 77/2025 c/w CRM(M) No. 241/2025 as the Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to approach this Court for cancellation of the bail granted to the petitioner. 3.
