Case No. 191 of 2024 and registered for the offences under Sections 302/34/120B of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla. On 22.12.2023, Co-accused Munna Oraon and one unknown person came to the house of the informant and shot him due to which he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in. the FIR, his name has come in the confession of co-accused and he has also confessed his guilt. It was further submitted that similarly situated co- accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this court.
