GP FOR HOME 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent pressurising the Petitioner to withdraw the OS.No.22 of 2020 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tiruapti, to settle the O.S.No.289 of 2018 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Tiruapti and interfering with personal liberty of the petitioner without any legal cause as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to forbear from interfering with the personal liberty of the petitioner and not to interfere with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and 4th Respondent and pass ...” Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent are closed and respondent Police are not pressurising them to settle the issue and that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
