P.P appearing for the State and Ms. A.S Prodhani, learned counsel appears on behalf of Ms. S. Talukdar, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the direction granted by this Court by the order dated 19.09.2025, the petitioner has appeared before the I.O and the investigation, in the meantime is completed. The learned Addl. P.P. has submitted that the charge-sheet No. 135/2025 dated 26.11.2025 has been submitted. The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 has objected to the continuance of the privilege of pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner. However, in view of the fact that the charge-sheet has been submitted, no further order are required in the anticipatory bail petition. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court for regular bail as and when required. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition stands disposed of.
