This Court on 04.04.2025 has passed the following order: “There is no representation for petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent is present and submits that petitioner has not complied the order dated 01.10.2024. If the condition precedent for suspension of sentence is not complied with, respondent/complainant is at liberty to proceed against the petitioner/accused before the trial Court. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:18978 CRL.RP No. 1030 of 2022 Office is directed to send copy of this order to the trial Court through email. Issue bailable warrant against the petitioner for sum of Rs.25,000/-, returnable by 05.06.2025.” 3. Pursuant to the above order, bailable warrant has been issued to the petitioner. Even inspite of execution of bailable warrant, the petitioner and his counsel are not present. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition.
