1 2025:CGHC:32714 NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH AT BILASPUR MCRC No. 4689 of 2025 1 - Savita Ghosh W/o Kishore Ghosh Aged About 47 Years Occupation Service (Nurse), R/o Fundurdihari, Police Station Gandhinagar, Tahsil Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) ... Applicant(s) versus 1 - State Of Chhattisgarh Through The Station House Officer, Police Station Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) ... Respondent(s) For Petitioner(s) : Smt. Hamida Siddiqui, Advocate For Respondent/State For Objector : : Shri Satish Gupta, GA Smt. Seema Singh, Advocate (Hon’ble Shri Justice Arvind Kumar Verma) Order on Board 14/07/2025 This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed on merits vide order dated 04.02.2025 in M.Cr.C. No.8825/2024. The only new ground which has been raised by the counsel for the applicant is that the seizure and memorandum witnesses (PW-2, 3 and 4) have been examined and they have not supported the SUGUNA DUBEY Digitally signed by SUGUNA DUBEY Date: 2025.07.16 10:41:08 +0530 2 prosecution case; the only allegation is that she had prepared the forged birth certificate and there is no likelihood of the early disposal of the trial and the applicant is in jail since 3.12.2024. Learned State counsel as well as the objector opposes the bail application. I find no change in the circumstances of the case to entertain the present second bail application at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected. Sd/- (Arvind Kumar Verma) Judge
