Verma, Additional Advocates General, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for State. ______________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): While placing on record communication dated 31.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Additional Secretary (Ayush) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that after due consideration of order dated 17.07.2025 issued by this Court, it has been decided to extend the benefit of initial pay-scale of Rs.18450/- and necessary directions have already been issued to the Director, Ayush i.e. respondent No.2 to take necessary action accordingly.
2. Through instant petition, petitioners had actually sought mandamus directing the respondents to fix initial pay of the petitioners at Rs.18450/- from their respective dates of regularization with all 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 consequential benefits and pay arrears along with interest @ 9%, which was otherwise granted to petitioner as well as other similar situate persons by this Court vide judgment dated 02.05.2022, passed in CWPOA No.6401 of 2019, titled as Dr. Sanjay Guleria Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Others, along with connected matter.

Since it is quite apparent from the communication dated 31.07.2025 that decision has already been taken to extend the benefit of initial pay-scale of Rs.18450/- to the petitioners, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondent No.2 to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, pursuant to grant of benefit of initial pay-scale of Rs.18450/- to the petitioners, shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months.
