This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the issuance of notice u/s 41-A of Cr.P.C. dt.12-05- 2018 by the respondent No.5 with reference to

Crime No.184 of 2017 when the writ petitions No.33162, 34573 of 2017 are pending for disposal before this Honble Court and the seriousness involved in the case is illegal, unfair, void and opposed to the Constitutional guarantees embodied in Articles 14, 15, 16, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same.”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, the above crime was referred as Un- Detected vide proposal of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer in C.No.396/Refer/SDO-E/2018, dated 04.06.2018. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of.
