Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order, noticing the gist of the case, was passed in the matter on 02.12.2024:- “Notice. Ms. Shrutika Chauhan, Advocate appearing vice Mr. Dheeraj K. Vashisth, learned counsel, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondent. Petitioner’s grievance is that the amount computed by the respondent as due to him vide Annexure P-1, dated 07.01.2022 (Rs.3,19,642) has not been paid till date. Leaned counsel for the respondent submits that the aforesaid amount will be paid to the petitioner within a week along with admissible interest thereupon. List on 10.12.2024.” 2. On the next date of hearing, i.e. 10.12.2024, learned counsel for the respondent apprised that steps were 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes -2- being taken to ensure the payment of due & admissible amount to the petitioner. 3. Today, learned counsel for the respondent placed on record computation sheet and on that basis submitted that arrears on account of increment on completion of 20 years of service, arrears on account of increment under 4-9- 14 as also the pay arrears, in all amounting to Rs.3,15,486/- have been paid to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the above facts. He, however, submits that liberty be reserved to petitioner to seek redressal for his surviving grievances in accordance with law.
