The petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present civil revision petition, contending that the suit has been pending for the last six years, despite the completion of pleadings by the year 2020 itself. The petitioner contends that the plaintiff in the suit, who is arraigned as respondent No.1 herein, as well as the petitioner are senior citizens aged 77 and 72 years respectively. 3. The petitioner contends that the suit has created a cloud over the suit-schedule property, which requires to be cleared at the earliest. The petitioner contends that the pendency of the suit for such a long time is clearly not in accordance with the Case Flow Management in Subordinate Court Rules, 2012. In view of the fact that the parties to the suit are senior citizens and in
4. view of the fact that the suit has been running for the last six years, it would be appropriate to dispose of this civil revision petition with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit, at the earliest and preferable within a period of six (06) months from the date of the receipt of this order. ■ 5, Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of.
