The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 20.9.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 38713 of 2022. It is the claim of the applicant that the Tehsildar (Judicial), Sadar has passed an order dated 17.2.2025, which is in disobedience of the order dated 20.9.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 38713 of 2022. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 17.2.2025 before appropriate forum. It is not a case for registering proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
