In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that, the respondent No.2 has issued impugned notice at Annexure-K and no opportunity has been given to the petitioner to say in the matter. Accordingly, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the impugned notice. 4. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the notice at Annexure-K be considered as show-cause notice to the petitioner and the petitioner is permitted - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19364 WP No. 15296 of 2025 to file reply to the impugned notice produced at Annexure-K within an outer limit of three weeks from today and thereafter, the respondent No.2 is permitted to take decision in the matter, in accordance with law. It is made clear that respondent No.2 shall not precipitate the matter or take any coercive action till consideration of the reply that may be filed by the petitioner as stated above.
