Iqbal, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K.K. Bhatta, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Insurance Page No.# 3/3 Company. 2. This application has been filed praying for correction of the typographical error appearing in the order dated 09.05.2024 passed in IA(Civil)/3196/2022. 3. In the last paragraph of the said order, it has been mentioned that the legal heirs of the respondent No. 4 are already on record and they are the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. It was mentioned in the said order that the names of the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 shall be struck off from the Title Page of the Memo of Appeal. 4. This Court has decided to agree with Mr. Iqbal that the last line directing to strike out the names of the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 was erroneously typed. 5. Therefore, the error stands corrected. 6. Mr. Iqbal further submits that in the meantime, the respondent No. 3 has expired leaving behind her legal heirs. Therefore, the name of the respondent No. 3 shall be struck off from the Title Page of the Memo of Appeal. 7. Registry shall make the necessary correction in the Title Page of the Memo of Appeal. 8. The names of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall continue to remain in the Title Page of the Memo of Appeal. 9. This order shall form a part of the order dated 09.05.2024 passed in IA(Civil)/3196/2022.
