He, however, submits that since, she, an elected member and Chairperson of Nagar Palika, Virat Nagar, was placed under suspension way back on 30.07.2024 in contemplation of a judicial inquiry, the respondents be directed to conduct and conclude the same expeditiously. The prayer is not opposed by learned Additional Advocate General. In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
