ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: … to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3RDRespondent in calling and harassing the Petitioner on a purely civil dispute as illegal, unconstitutional and infringement of fundamental rights under Article rd 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct 3 Respondent not to interfere in civil disputes and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri M.M.Krishna Sarpala, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil dispute.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that basing on the complaint of the respondent No.4, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry but no case has been registered against the petitioner and to that effect the written instructions dated 27.07.2025 are placed on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute. There shall be no order as to costs.
