JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER 08-12-2025 Heard Shri R. Chakravorty, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has prayed for correction of a typographical error which crept in the order dated 22.10.2025 passed in the connected WP(C)/7631/2018. By drawing the attention of this Court to paragraph 11 of the said judgment, the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the number of the Ceiling Case should have been Ceiling Case 225 instead of Ceiling Case 2025. Ms. M. Barman, learned State Counsel has not objected to the aforesaid prayer for correction. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that in the aforesaid judgment, there is an inadvertent error in so far as giving the number of the Ceiling Case. It is accordingly directed that Ceiling Case 2025 appearing in paragraph 11 should be read as Ceiling Case 225. IA accordingly stands allowed. Let this order be read as a part of the order dated 22.10.2025 passed in WP(C)/7631/2018. IA stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
