Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing to Sub Divisional Officer Sadar District Mathura to execute the order dated 21.03.1984 passed by Additional Commissioner Agra Division Agra in appeal no. 35 of 1982-83 (Sanno V/S Gram Sabha etc.) under section 333(3) U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act in pursuance of letter no. 2748 of 2024 dated 10.07.2024 within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court deem fit under the facts of the case." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite decree has been passed under Section 229-B of U.P. Z.A. & L. R. Act, the same could not be executed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending as the petitioner has already moved an application before the Commissioner who is not a competent authority to decide the application. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application for execution of the decree before the appropriate court/authority as the provisions of C.P.C. are applicable to the provisions of Section 229-B of U.P.
