1 Present petition under Section 482 of CrPC, has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashment of FIR dated 24.03.2023 in Crime No.63 of 2023 registered against the petitioner at Police Station, Digitally signed by INDRAJEET SAHU Date: 2025.03.27 18:03:26 +0530
2 Khursipar, District Durg, for the offence under Sections 120-B and 420 IPC. 2 An affidavit has been filed by the Director General of Police, Chhattisgarh, in compliance of the court’s order dated 22.03.2025 wherein it has been stated that because of some shortcomings charge sheet could not be submitted and he has taken action against two Station House Officers of the concerned Police Stations by imposing fine of Rs.1000/- each and censor with respect to third Station House Officer. It has further been stated in the affidavit that after investigation final report has been submitted before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg on 25.03.2025, a copy of same has been annexed vide Annexure-A/7. 3
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the trial court has proceeded further with the matter and charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioner which is not under challenge before this court, she prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take recourse of law. 4 Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse of law.
