ORAL ORDER Sri.Rajashekar.S., counsel for the petitioner has appeared in person.
2. An emergent notice to the respondent was ordered on 17.09.2021. A perusal of the office note depicts that the respondent is served and unrepresented. The respondent has neither engaged the services of an advocate nor conducted the case as a party in person.
3. The captioned Writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 28.06.2021 vide Annexure-A.
4. Counsel Sri.Rajashekar.S., submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 28.06.2021. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.

5. A Mandamus is ordered directing the respondent to consider the application dated 28.06.2021 submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure-A in accordance with the law, if not considered as of today within eight weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this order.
