(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 7.3.2025, issued under the signature of Chief Conservator of Forests (Admn. & HRD), Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that department has decided to cancel the impugned transfer order. 2. From the careful perusal of aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that the department has no objection if transfer of the petitioner Kishori Lal, Range Forest Officer, ordered vide impugned order dated 27.11.2024 from Forest Range, - 2 - Arki, to Forest Range Theog, under Forest Division Theog, is cancelled and he is allowed to continue at present place of posting. Since respondents are willing to cancel the transfer of the petitioner and allow him to continue at his present place till his superannuation, present petition is allowed. Impugned transfer order dated 27.11.2024 is quashed and set-aside. In the aforesaid terms, present petition is disposed of alongwith pending applications.
