BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH O R D E R

It is seen that the petitioner sought for time for impleadment of the Ministry of Jal Shakti as well as the Brahmaputra Board. However, the petitioner had not filed any application for impleadment of the Ministry of Jal Shakti as well as the Brahmaputra Board inspite of a passage of 10 months. The petitioner is also not represented.
2. Taking into account the above, it therefore appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the instant proceedings.
3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
