Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State- respondents. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayers:- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to deduct the G.P.F. as it was deducting earlier and add the petitioner service rendered as untrained teacher for the purpose of pension during the pendency of present writ petition." 3. It is argued that vide order dated 24.05.2019, counsel for the respondents are granted three weeks' time to file their counter affidavit but till date no counter affidavit has been filed. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, the petitioner will submit a representation before the appropriate authority, he will pass appropriate orders in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a representation ventilating all her grievances before appropriate authority, along with all relevant documents and papers on which the petitioner are making reliance and a certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. In case, the representation is filed within the stipulated period, the authority concerned will pass appropriate orders most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of representation.
