Crime No.60/2025 has been registered by the Kumaraswamy Layout Police Station against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 318 (2), 318(4) r/w 3(5) of BNS Act. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he would co-operate with the investigation and make available all the documents and details in regard to the said allegation. 4. In that view of the matter, restraining the respondent from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner until the investigation is completed, the petition stands disposed of.
