pleased tomay be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus declaring the action of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, who, without any authority of law, has detained the persons by name Kandrakunta Thirupathi Venkateswarlu, C/o. Kandrakunta Bhushaiah, aged about 29 years, R/o. ST Colony, Near ZPHS School, Dodleru, Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh and other persons by name Meda Naga Bhushanam, aged about 37 years, S/o. Venkateswarlu, R/o. Dodleru, Krosuru Mandal, Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh and Laga Siva Krishna, S/o. Sambaiah, aged about 29 years, R/o.Gollapudi Village and Mandal, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh were detained for the past 4 days without the registration of any crime or any reason or justification. The said actions are arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Articles 14,19, 21 and 22 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent nos.2 to 4 police authorities to produce the detenues before this Hon'ble Court forthwith and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following order:
The petitioner herein has approached this Court, by way of the present Writ Petition, contending that the detenues had been taken away by respondents 4 & 5, without any authority of law and the whereabouts of the detenues are not known. 2. The learned Government Pleader, appearing in the office of the learned Advocate General, on instructions, submits that the detenues had been arrested in Crime No.129 of 2025, registered with the 4th respondent Police Station and they have been produced before the learned I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sattenapalli. It is further submitted that these persons have been remanded to judicial custody on 26.07.2025. 3. In view of the fact that the learned Magistrate has already passed a remand order, it would be appropriate for the petitioner and the detenues to avail of their remedies before the learned Magistrate. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
