Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are calling the petitioners to the police station without there being any case registered against them. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would on written instructions submit that a case in Crime No.75 for the offence punishable under Sections 85, 351(2) r/w 3(5) BNS and 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act has been registered against the petitioners on the complaint made by the 5th respondent. 5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
