Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner, who is aggrieved by non-registration of FIR pertaining to certain offences. When this matter had come up for consideration on 10.12.2025, this Court had already recorded that the interference of a Writ Court in matters of non- registration of FIR / improper is limited. However, instructions were directed to be obtained by the learned State Counsel. Ms. M. Barman, learned State Counsel has submitted that written instructions dated 16.12.2025 have been received, as per which the case was registered as Fakirganj P.S. Case No. 125/2025 under Section 69 of the BNS, 2023 and investigation has been done whereafter prime accused has also been arrested. In view of the aforesaid development, this Court is of the opinion that there Page No.# 3/3 is no requirement to continue further with the adjudication of the present case and accordingly, the same stands closed.
