2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 08.12.2025, the petitioner and one family member had met the declared foreign national at the Holing Centre at 7th APBn. Charaikhola, Kokrajhar.
3. Accordingly, as the purpose of this habeas corpus petition has been served, the matter stands closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner/declared foreign national to take such steps as they may be so advised.
